I just had the Best experience dealing with Kelsey. She is amazing and went above and beyond to get us a vehicle as quickly as possibly and was able to give me all I wanted in a vehicle.. She busted her butt .. She came in early to work on this and stayed late...She is fantastic.. I totally recommend this place 500%.

I was searching for a new car, and had heard of Second Chance Auto through word-of-mouth. I met with Bob and Kelsey to discuss my wants and needs, specifically looking for a white Dodge Challenger (with a laundry list of options), and even though they did not have one in their inventory, they set to work to find one. Kelsey arranged a preapproved loan, and since I am in the military, posted to Kingston, anytime I had questions, she was available day and night on her personal cellphone! I have owned more than a dozen vehicles and I have never met a person in the used car industry that has worked as hard or tirelessly as Kelsey did to help me find my dream car! We found the car at a dealership on a Monday and on Friday I drove off the Second Chance lot in my new white Challenger! I cannot thank Kelsey enough, and there are no words that could possibly do justice to how dedicated she was to putting me in my car. Over the course of a month, she found numerous cars, but she knew they were not the right ones for me. But once we found the exact car I was looking for, she made absolutely certain that I would be driving that car by the weekend. She even arranged a new insurance provider that cost $60 a month less than the broker I had been with for almost 10 years! Even after I bought the car, she has been available day and night to answer any questions I have had. If you ever see this, thank you Kelsey for everything! I would recommend you to anybody who asks me about buying a car. You’re the best!!

Kelsey Smith was exactly what the car doctor ordered when I started shopping my new vehicle. Expert in product knowledge with every question I had against many different brands. She showed me how I could save money by financing short term and keeping rebates in my pocket when originally I had intended on paying cash. Don't believe me, just ask how, its very easy when you look at the sum of your payments vs cash! Thank you, Kelsey!
