3 stars at best. The hours are not customer friendly. Summer time are closed during the weekend and during the week they close at 5 pm. I store my trailer at this facility and whenever I want access it, I have to take time off work to get to it. It would help if they were open a couple of nights until 8 pm or Saturday morning until noon (as it was in the past). Further, I needed tires replaced for the trailer a while ago and am lucky I double checked the load rating before they put them on. They claim they never look at that. (VERY DANGEROUS) I needed a higher load rating and they were not able to source the tire for me. I had to go to another shop who was able to get it for me right away. They are OK at best but not Good or Great. Far from it.

We came to buy trailer and we left with the perfect size for our moving needs and budget in just 3 days all registered and licensed and ready to go. Good guy named Keith helped us get set up too and gave us a nice wire adapter too which we didn't even know we needed to connect it. Very efficient and friendly, thorough service HIGHLY RECOMMEND
