Always have a great experience but the latest was above and beyond. The store manager went out of his way to find a replacement product in my price range after the tool I wanted sold out. Great team with great service every time! Always the first place I go.

This place should be categorized under ''toy store for grown-ups''. I love going to Princess Auto. They carry so many useful items and they always have wonderful prices. Their home brand is very good. Service is always good and the store is always neat and tidy. Parking lot is well organized too so it's not a pain to shop there for big items.

I shop at PA reasonably often and for a long time now. Service is always good. Most ppl who shop there understand the 'you get what you pay for' concept as it certainly applies however, there always some decent deals to be had and they do carry an assortment of tools that are inexpensive for the advanced DIYer.
