This is an awesome family owned and operated business. Bob is very personable and helped me find a used vehicle for a very reasonable price. I told Bob (owner) my price range and type of vehicle that I was looking for. We made arrangements after hours and when my wife and I showed up, he had 3 vehicles ready for us to test drive. He gave me the pros and cons of each and listened carefully to what our needs were. We actually purchased the vehicle right on the spot after our test drives because it was a good value for what we got and we didn't want to lose out on the vehicle. We also needed a cap for the truck and he went out of his way to find us one that matched the colour of the truck for a bargain! He gave me the cap at cost because he me to leave the car lot a happy camper. I didn't meet Sarah in person but spoke to her over the phone as she handled my paperwork and had my plates and registration ready for pick-up. She was very pleasant and professional to deal with. I would highly recommend Switzer Motors to my own family and friends who are looking for a good vehicle. There are no high overhead and other operating costs similar to many other car dealerships. Bob didn't have any salespeople to pay and thus part of the reason why we were able to get a very good price on our truck. My experience was totally Fantastic. From the moment I entered the shop to the moment I left. I had originally went in for 1 type of tire and came out with a different one and saved huge money. Thanks to Sarah for her expertise and advise and to the gentlemen in the back who managed to get my tires on when I forgot the lock for the wheels. Will not hesitate to go back in the spring and for just general service. Highly recommend this company !!! Thanks for everything
