My wife and I bought our forever home from Patterson's back in March of 2020, little did we know that Coivd was going to hit, it put our home delivery way out of the normal time frame. The team at Patterson's was there for us the whole project, even though there was a few issues throughout the job they got everything straightened out in the end, with no hassle. I would highly recommend Joel and Pam for anyone's home needs and, especially Amanda for all of her hard work and commitment throughout the entire process, no matter the time nor the day she always answered the calls and got the answers we needed. Have had my bike there twice. To tune up carb. Still not fixed. Been in the shop total of 2 months. Bring home the second time. Took it out for two little runs two weeks after bringing it home it now won't start. Spending all the money on it and they can't seem to do it. Maybe they just wanna keep getting it back to take more money!!!! Revised I had gave 1 start before because of the service that I had got the 2 times before. This time the new service Manger Jen had called me herself, for me to take my bike back in. Which I did. MIke the tech that was working on my bike was in direct contact with me with everything that he had done to my bike, further more when I went to pick it up today, he explained what he had done, how he done it. The communication by far was the best. Thank you!!! PS. Ended up being a little more than just the carb. !!!

We bought our new mini home from Patterson’s and we finally just moved into it the first of January. To say that it was the easy quick process would be untrue. There were delays with NSP, Covid, foundation problems and Materials being so delayed that Mapleleaf had to delay the delivery. It definitely was a longer process then we ever thought. However I honestly don’t think we’d be in our home yet if it wasn’t for Amanda Hill and Patterson. Amanda works above and beyond her job. I’ve never seen a person work so hard and be in constant communication even when she had surgery and was suppose to be off work. Anytime I messaged or had a problem, she answered and started looking for a solution. From the time we walked in there they treated us like family. Letting us know things that really were important and things that weren’t. Even after we’re moved in they are still in contact to make sure everything is ok. I would highly recommend them if your looking for a any type of home. Amanda can design anything you need.
