This is the only place to buy a ford vehicle. Josh was my sales rep and I can’t even begin to tell you how awesome this guy is. Simple and painless process would be a good start. He literally went over and above for me. I’m glad I listened to a friend and went to see this guy. I will highly recommend josh to any friends and family interested in a ford hands down.

I visited this dealership while on delivery actually. When I was there I spoke to the sales manager, just idle talk really. I wasn't there to buy a car. Engaged in a brief conversation about selling cars. I told him I bet I could sell cars. And we laughed. The lot had a decent selection and it didnt appear to be a high pressure sales kind of place. Real people selling real vehicles. I might visit again even if just for the idle talk.

I first went to Brock ford after having horrible issues with my Jeep and Niagara dodge Chrysler, that is when I met Gavin and told him everything that was going on with my Jeep and what I was looking for. He found the exact truck I wanted that was a little out of my price range and managed to get the price down to where I wanted. He was not your typical sales man that pushed the sale on me, but instead took the time to make sure I got what I wanted for a reasonable price and got me out of my horrible deal with dodge and I can’t thank him enough!! Highly recommend Gavin and Brock ford sales !

Friendly people at Brock Ford. The salesman let me take the vehicle home for the weekend to test it. Awesome!!! Thanks I loved the vehicle and we purchased it. Christine explained everything about the warranty. But overall hands down was the best car buying experience . Thanks Folks at Brock and especially Gavin the salesman for the great experience.

We as in Steve and Tammy bought a new F150 from Brock ford in Niagara Falls and Ashlee did our financing for us. It was her 2nd week with that company and we couldn't of asked for a better person. She was very thorough and definitely explained everything to us. It was a real pleasure working with her.
