Nice people, but on the day we went, there was an unsettling lack of COVID precautions. UPDATE: Alistair followed up via phone & text to apologize for the lack of mask wearing and sanitizer and to let me know that they would be putting more focus on masks going forward and would restock sanitizer. He seems like an honesty guy and I have every reason to believe that they will take all the necessary steps to ensure public safety is a priority going forward. Also, based on his commitment to resolving my concerns, I feel like he would work pretty hard to provide good customer service all around.

The customer service here was fantastic. Alistair helped me the whole way with my purchase. He drove to my house to see the vehicle, picked me up when I was ready to buy, and even took me to get my registration. I feel they went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend!

Alistair and the rest of the staff went far above and beyond to treat us well as we looked at, and eventually bought a vehicle from them. We have been burned before in dealings with other salespeople, so we came in quite skeptical of the vehicle purchasing process. However, the treatment we received at Checkered Flag Auto completely restored our faith in humanity, and we came away with a great vehicle, and a feeling like the staff really cared about helping us out.
