I had an afternoon appointment but due to the current pandemic, I was asked to drop car off in morning and pick up later. By the time I returned home, I had received a telephone message informing the results of their review. I was provided an on-line copy of their findings - a great way of seeing what was happening. A second notification was received to inform me my car was complete - this was even before my scheduled appointment. Steve Parsons was very Professional while maintaining a quality of being ''Down to Earth''; the work performed was detailed and on time. The overall cost was within expectations and I was thanked for my business. This shop is fabulous and I highly recommend for your mechanical requirements .
