I bought from Sprinters vans to S-Class and every single time the team at this dealership has been nothing less than phenomenal. Other dealerships should be learning from them!!! just picked up our 2 new sprinters here and patrick gave us the service of kings. knew his products and was friendly throughout the entire process. gave us great price but it was his service that stood out more than anythjng if you need to buy sprinter trucks ask for my man patrick lajeunesse. he will take good care of you. tell him sam fron polarbear sent you and he will try to give you a better service than he gave us.... prob not possible but he will try. great job! great trucks!

Good day to all…as stated in my previous review of June 7th, here is the outcome of my experience with Mercedes Benz Laval. Martin Salois, my Service Advisor and different members of Management go the EXTRA MILE!!! Thank you for your understanding that things don’t always work out perfectly the first time but making me realize that you are always there to make it right if it doesn’t. You all stepped up.....showed your integrity.....proved to me that the customer does matter.....did not hide behind the size of your dealership.....and resolved my issue on multiple levels to my complete satisfaction. Hello to all...on May 25th I had my CLK500 towed to the Mercedes Benz Laval. The issue with the car is it would crank but not start. After 2 weeks of being there, I should be getting my car back on Monday June 8th. The reason why this repair has taken so long is because the dealership has dropped the ball not once, not twice but three times. I am posting this incomplete review as I am waiting to see how Mercedes Benz Laval will resolve this situation on Monday! One of two things will happen. Either they will assume their errors and make things right or hide and not assume their errors and charge me for it. I shall wait till after I get my car back before I repost a review of what has transpired from day one or repost a happy outcome. The ball is in their court....lets wait and see how it bounces!

Very nice and clean. A bit too big which can make you feel like you don't know where you need to go but the staff is there to assist you.
