Integrity, honesty, knowledge, and expertise. That is what you will find when dealing with the excellent staff of Parkview RV. We felt like we were dealing with family with every single employee we interacted with when upgrading our Outdoors RV travel trailer. We are from BC and found a deal on the model we had been eyeing for some time that we just couldn't turn down. In addition, Jason offered us excellent value on our trade in. Keep in mind, all of this was arranged on the phone, so it was more than stressful wondering if we would arrive and it would be too good to be true. It wasn't. Everything was as promised and absolutely seamless. They knew what we had to take care of insurance wise as well as registering our new trailer in BC. Please don't waste your time shopping elsewhere. We live in BC but after two years of an unsuccessful search for just the right RV, we expanded our search to include Alberta. I purchased a 19' Rockwood Ultra-Lite travel trailer from Parkview RV Centre in Wetaskiwin. We immediately felt comfortable dealing with this family owned and operated company. Not only did they have the RV with the options I had wanted, the price was great and service was amazing. We can only say positive comments about Parkview and their no pressure sales. So I dealt with Jason (the GM) and Ashley (the person I have come to believe that does all the stuff Jason does not want to do) This is a positive comment, both are fantastic. Showed my wife and I the trailer when it was during closed hours to meet our schedule. The most important part is this. I actually ended up doing the business over the phone so it's all verbal. Everything that was agreed upon verbally was certified by contract several weeks later with no hiccups. Hey, buying a used anything you need to be able to trust the sellers. I trust Parkview RV and Jason and Ashley.
