Josh was great to deal with. He was very knowledgeable about RV parts in general. Woody’s had what I needed at the best prices in the area. Josh made them a little better. I would recommend Woody’s parts Department and in particular “Josh” for any RV parts you need.

My family and I have nothing but admiration for the superior customer care Drew Thera has given us. From the moment we first spoke on the phone, to the face to face interactions in the Parts Department. He goes out of his way to ensure we are well looked after. I had a very good experience purchasing my first ever trailer from them this week. Their sales person was Jason Kemila and he was very helpful and thorough to help me understand the trailer and the entire purchasing process. Jason even came in on his day off for a couple of hours to make sure that I was getting the proper trailer that I was looking for before I signed all the paperwork as the first trailer I was going to buy didn't fit in my driveway. Next I went to buy about $6,000 worth of accessories as again it is my first trailer and Joshua Guinchard in the parts department was very helpful showing me what was required for the RV and explaining each product and how they work. He even helped me understand the different quality between products so I could make my best decision on what to buy. He was very calm, kind and very patient as he gave me the attention required so I could understand clearly what I was buying. It was fun loading the shopping carts with all these accessories and now I feel better prepared for my first trip (until I have to learn to drive it). I never write reviews as it is not my thing but I felt both these guys deserved it as most reviews people seem to post are negative but I feel people deserve a pat on the back when they earn it for great service. Hopefully my great experiences continue working with them with my RV on the future visits for either service or more buying of accessories.

I went in to Woody's RV World Red Deer looking for a water pump, and spoke to Drew at the parts counter. He was super helpful and explained to me the benefits of the different kinds and found me something that would work at the right price. Was super nice and kinda cute... is he single? ;)
