What a wonderful experience. We live in Calgary and have been shopping around looking to purchase a Ram 2500 Limited. We were so unhappy with the service we received thru local dealers we looked outside and reached out to the dealers in Edmonton, unfortunately we found them to be the same. I had decided that I was done looking, it was not only frustrating but also mind crushing on how these dealerships treat people. The games they play with trade in values, the hidden fees, and most of all there lack of product knowledge is terrible. We have been long time Jeep and Ram owners but just this year we traded in our Jeep for a Lexus because we were sick and tired on how these dealers treat there customers who spend thousands of dollars on vehicles. It was time to make changes so we did, and buying a Lexus was the best experience we have ever had, from the purchase to the servicing it was top notch customer service and continues to be. Unfortunately Lexus doesn’t sell trucks otherwise I would have traded in my Ram 1500 at the same time. So with all that said I decided to reach out to a small town dealer. First off first impression of Clint was absolutely great. There was someone on the other side of the phone who knew his product line and could answer any question thrown at him. Secondly genuine. There was no beating around the bush, he was able to provide me the info I needed without having to pry, everything was clear and full transparency the way it should be. What would have taken me days to figure out was all handled in less then 4 hrs. It felt right dealing with him and it made the experience fun and exciting rather then the city dealer who makes you feel uncomfortable and wondering. The pricing was very fair, there trade in value was very fair and all without hassle. It was so uplifting and fun dealing with Clint, we shared a few stories about his likes which unfortunately is driving a ski doo not Polaris but I forgave him for that :). I had no doubt this is where I want to spend my money and within 24 hrs we were making arrangements in having our new truck delivered. Trust when I say it was so easy, it was better then amazon because there delivery people are just as awesome. So if your looking to buy please contact Foundation Dodge and ask for Clint, you will not be disappointed where ever you are. Had nothing but respect for the man we spoke to because he still treated us like normal human beings, not diseased freaks like everyone seems to be treating everyone lately, he took the time to speak with us and even shook our hands! Did not go through with the sale even tho the car we looked at is basically the affordable version of my dream car, just too happy with no car payments now and looking to buy a house over buying a new car! Good service tho and good information to make a final decision with! :)

Broke down in Drayton Valley with our camper in tow the dealershi went above and beyond to accomodate us with a suv for 4 days as parts were not in stock .Work was performed quickly staff are friendly and professional
