I do not know who people have come across to say bad customer service but I stayed in the small reception room (very small lol) while they took care of my car. The people at the front desk were very courteous and kind. For having listened to them spoken with other customers, I have absolutely nothing bad to say. Several calls were made to resolve my problem and one of the workers came to pick up what was missing. For the time spent and the work to be done, I would say that I am rather happy with the price, nothing negative to say except for the very small reception room which will change from what I understood from one of the conversations. I recommend.
