Great customer service. I have been dealing with another E-bike shop here in Victoria and it has been nothing but a headache. I called ride the glide and they really went over and above to help me get my bike back on the road. A big deal when your only transportation is your bike. I also bought a bike from them about a year ago and the only problem I ever had with it was I dropped it and cracked my display then over time it got water in the crack. Completely my fault and they still replaced the screen free of charge the same day I called about it. Before spending $7000-$8000 on a bike from one of the big name bike shops around check out RTG first. They definitely have the best prices in town and there customer service is second to none.

Ride The Glide is by far the best business I have ever had the pleasure of purchasing from. I bought the RTG 500 XT Folding Fat E-Bike in June. By far one of my best decisions in life. I was very worried about buying one at first due to my complete lack of electric bike knowledge but one of the shop owners Alicia answered every question I had in great detail and I had a LOT of questions. Again I don't know much about even a basic bike (I'm learning though!) But anytime I felt I needed something on my bike looked at Alicia and Mike were amazing and were able to help me right away! I got my first flat tire due to a very inconvenient nail and the process of getting my bike into the store to get it fixed was smooth and worry free. I'll be picking it up before I work today and having gone without it even for such a short time was hard. I definitely don't want to go back to life without it. My commute time to work is less then half the time it use to be. You can definitely tell this is a family run business. Like many people I first looked online at bikes and let me tell you now don't do it! You wont find another place like this one and you will not find the amazing customer service like this place has. You wont have a great local shop to go to when you need help with your bike. I got the bike for my work commute but also it ended up getting me out of the house. Instead of spending chunks of the weekends inside I'm biking around Victoria, seeing things I never knew were here due to always being constricted by public transit. Being in your 20s today is hard and with the cost of living especially in this city having a car is just not an option for many of us and having a electric car is a far off dream. These bikes are the best solution in my opinion. I tried a regular bike but who wants to work on your feet all night and then have a long draining bike ride home. You still get exercise with these bikes but it doesn't feel like work at all. Even at the end of a really long shift I enjoy the ride home. Thank you Alicia and Mike and everyone else at Ride The Glide for all your help. I'll definitely be doing business with you for a long time!

Amazing customer service. I went in on sunday to get a wide wheel pro. Was told I could pick it up on Wednesday. Mike came out from the back and saw how excited I was to get it and built/tested it on the spot. Will definitely be referring my friends and family to RTG!
