Just bought a 2019 Road Glide from these guys, everyone was awesome and super friendly. I couldn't make up my mind on which one to buy, so I rode 3 different bikes several times during the day, with no pressure whatsoever. Sales rep Steeve was awesome, when long time customers came in, he asked them to talk to me about which bikes they chose and why, which they did without hesitation. Once I chose 'the one', I was introduced to everyone at the store, each department one by one, which made me feel valued. I would recommend Barnes Victoria without hesitation, if and when the time comes to upgrade, this is where I'll go..

This is the second bike we purchased at Barnes...both times were among the funnest experiences I can remember...Steve helped us with our purchase both times and was awesome. And Shannon was great with some special financing request... But the rest of the staff helped make this super enjoyable and fun as well. I wonder if in heaven you get to buy a new Harley every morning.

I just purchased my first ever bike from Barnes. I have to say it was an absolutely amazing experience. Brennan was super helpful, and worked with everyone to get me rolling. I highly recommend going to Barnes for your bike purchase!

At last it seems Harley Victoria has changed it policy of having all bikes in by 9:00 AM and first come first served. This often left those having to ride three hours from out of town waiting for their machine all day. My last two appointments had me in on time and work completed exactly on or earlier than their stated job completion. After 7 years I am now very happy with them.

Ordered my son a new license plate mount for his bike it was coming in on the Dec 24 delivery but they were closing early on Christmas Eve totally understandable everybody wants to be home on Christmas Eve and I couldn't make it to Victoria till 3:30 so Max on the parts department saved the Day by meeting me at his place at 3:30 with the part thank you Max great job !! Very pleased with the service
