I worked with Pascal to purchase a used vehicle from out of province. He was very helpful from the beginning, and was very transparent on a couple of small issues with the car, which was very important for me purchasing from a distance. No games, no nonsense, just excellent service. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to purchase from them, and would be happy to deal with Pascal & BMW Sherbrooke again.

Been buying cars for a very long time and BMW Sherbrooke was awesome. Never did an inter-province transaction before, but they made sure it all went smoothly, even when Ontario Ministry of Transportation tried to mess up the deal over and over again. Special shout-out to Eric Miller and Pascal Letourneau for exceptional service. Plus love my M5!!

I’ve been leasing/buying cars from BMW as long as I can remember. This last car was the 6th consecutive car, the first one purchased at BMW Sherbrooke. These guys went above and beyond to give me a great price on a beautiful M4. They even delivered it on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule. Stéphane Morin was my point guy in sales and he did everything to make me feel like the most valued customer even though it was all done via phone and email, exceptional attention to customer satisfaction and details. Patrick Morissette delivered the car in a very polite, efficient and informative manner. When my lease is up they will surely be getting my business again. Keep up the great work gentlemen from a very satisfied and happy owner!
