Just before 2020 ended I bought a Civic 2016 from Brockville Honda. If I could give them more starts than 5 I definitely would! Thank you Dan, Lisa, Laryssa and all the team from Brockville Honda for making the process of buying a car extremely stress-free and friendly. I felt their genuine desire to help the customer, with no pressure. Even when I mentioned that I was looking at other cars, and that I just wanted to check the Civic, Dan's attitude, help, understanding and friendliness never changed. He genuinely wanted to help me, no matter what my final decision had been...that is invaluable! When I picked up the car, Dan, with patience, explained to me its most important functions. I felt the same great attitude from Lisa, and Laryssa. Lisa made the financial process so easy and friendly that I didn't feel the pass of time. And Laryssa patiently explained to me all contract details. A big thank you to everyone!

We recently took possession of our new (to us), Honda CR-V at Brockville Honda. Our salesman, Nick Fortier is very knowledgeable about their product. He a friendly, pleasant fellow who answered all our questions. On Monday morning we picked up our car. Nick was there to explain again all the vehicle’s features, bumper to bumper. He said to phone or drop in anytime with questions, and we have ! So, thanks Nick for your patience and professionalism. Thanks also to Lisa in the office. Our whole experience at Brockville Honda has been very positive!

This dealership saved me. I was stranded in Brockville due to my car breaking down in the middle of the highway. All the mechanics in the area were closed (Saturday) or didn't have parts to repair my car that day. I finally contacted this dealership and even though their service centers were closed, Peter (the GM in sales) was kind enough to take his time to troubleshoot my car remotely. Eventually even though I was not able to fully repair my car, it ran good enough to take the country road home. So long story short, Peter at Brockville Honda is the MVP and I would recommend anyone to go visit that dealership.

I recently purchased a Honda Passport from Brockville Honda and was so happy with the entire experience - Dan and the rest of the team went above and beyond! Having previously test drove the CRV, Dan knew I was interested in test driving the Passport, which wasn’t in stock at the time. He followed up the day it arrived on the lot and I test drove it the next day and took it home a few days later complete with additional accessories I purchased and winter tires. Dan was very thorough and reviewed all features and benefits with me upon pick up, which was appreciated as I had never owned a Honda. Overall, it was a great car buying experience.
