Thank you, Wendy and Barry for excellent customer service in the recent purchase of our new vehicle. You go above and beyond and demonstrate patience, caring and teaching as you guide customers through their choice. We actually looked at another vehicle in April and test drove it. Barry was considerate and did not pester us with high pressure sales tactics. Wendy does a highly professional job of completion of paper work and takes time to explain details slowly. Janie and I would HIGHLY recommend Jackson Motors to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Both Barry and Wendy ( and Monster, the dog, of course) were a pleasure to meet and deal with. They are very down to earth, friendly people . Barry went above and BEYOND our expectations getting our 2012 Toyota Prius ready for pick up. Wendy is such a pleasure to deal with. We were looking to upgrade our SUV but did not want to pay the new car price. Barry & Wendy had a couple of nicely equipped low mileage 2020 SUV's on the lot. We made an appointment to test drive and have our trade in evaluated. The whole experience was no hassle and very pleasant. They gave us a fair trade in, resulting in us purchasing one of their vehicles. They are very customer conscious and professional folks to deal with.
