Just bought my third vehicle from Carling Mazda and couldn't be happier. Compared to other dealers the experience was like night and day; there's a reason why I keep going back! I highly recommend Edi to anyone looking for their next vehicle. Edi doesn't care about selling you the most expensive car, he cares about putting you in the best vehicle that's right for you. You can trust that Edi will treat you right and give you the best deal possible. I'll be calling on him for my next Mazda! Jessy, the Finance Manager, also did an amazing job at making the whole process incredibly simple and easy. He's a great listener that will put your best interests first as he takes you through all the purchase details and package options. Your in good hands with him! Both Edi and Jessy went above and beyond to deliver our new vehicle to us as fast as possible but with flawless execution. We greatly appreciated their hard work and the high level of service that they deliver to their clients. They were flexible and accommodating, and absolutely shattered the stereotype of dealerships putting profit ahead of clients. I sincerely hope to be able to do business with them in the future. My girlfriend purchased a car there on Tuesday. We dealt with a salesman named Mac. We made an appointment for the same day and went to view the vehicle. When we decided we wanted to purchase the vehicle we were informed at they do not finance under 7,000 and the car we were looking at was listed for 6,999. After telling him we would finance it through the bank he then back peddled and said they could finance for a rate of 9% which I was not okay with. After discussing options further we ended up coming to a deal for financing at 6.99%. They we're very reasonable and as a young couple in our early 20's (and it being my girlfriend's first car) I kind of expected to be put through the grinder a bit more. Mac treated us with respect and when my girlfriend expressed concern about putting a downpayment on the car it was almost completely waived. Mac provided us with his personal cell number and said if there are any issues to contact him directly. They were really willing to do anything to make sure we drove away with that car and were happy. Very impressive service and I look forward to dealing with then in the future.

She also communicated extremely well when there were changes that came up. Jessy, the finance manager I worked with, was also wonderful. Found myself looking at cars on autotrader in January. Saw one that was nice (2018 Mazda 6 Signature) and thought it was a good price. I thought I'd look more into it. Got an email from the dealership after requesting the carfax and the rest is history. I had lots of reason as to why I wasn't ready to buy now, making him wait, but Mackenzie was very patient and always had a solution. Very upfront and honest every step of the way.
