Probably has the best rental rates in all of greater Vancouver area. They wipe down the paddle and life jacket after every use. The only down side is that their staff doesn't make sure the kayak fits you well. You might need to adjust the footing yourself if your legs are longer. Would recommend this place and will definitely come back.

This is my favorite walk close to home. A quick loop around the lake can take as little time as 40 minutes leaving you feeling refreshed. There are trails through the forest, also a set of 400 + stairs for a cardio workout if thats your goal. The walk around the lake is on packed dirt and wooden built trails. The walk is about 45 minutes and fills your senses with bird noises....the smell of the trees and greenery or flowers if you decide to stop at the flower garden, and beautiful views of trees, trails and water. A must walk 🚶♂️

Great experience, theyre super busy weekends but on the hottest day of the year it was a great way to spend the day and our anniversary weekend. We love deer lake and they have LOTS of boats for everyone. More people.need to stay out of the wildlife sanctuary side but the markers aren't clear and they don't give a boundary run down before you head out. Not even sure if it is off limits but the website said it was so we stayed out.

More like Deer Lake Rent a canoe and have the ultimate relationship test!!! Beautiful day and good options for going out on the water; kayaking, paddle boats, canoes, and rowboats. CAUTION if you are going out on a 2 person canoe with your partner for the first time, your relationship *will* be tested! Luckily we passed the test and overall had a lovely (although a little stressful) time

It was a beautiful day for canoeing. We waited in line for about 20 to 30minutes. Reservations could be done online but there was no other line for those who made reservations . It was so much fun and it was cheap too!
