The parts express drop off in Garson, MB has been very convenient for us. It saves us a couple hours that allows me to do other things rather than going to pick up parts. Many times, if ordered in morning, can drop by afternoon during the busy times of harvest and seeding. Very happy with the program so far and definitely will continue using the service.

I called with a problem with my Z535. Got through right away to Jeff, Service Manager - Lawn and Turf. Explained my problem, and that I was half way through a job and had no way of getting machine to service dept. He listened, asked questions,, and said he would see if someone could come to me. Not kidding: 7 minutes later, Ed was at my door! And we live out in the country! He had been nearby when Jeff called and he not only repaired my Z535, but showed me how to maintain it so the problem doesn’t happen again. And no judgment! I have a lot of experience with service technicians treating me like I’m a silly blonde who doesn’t know how to work her machines, and have almost come to expect that reaction now to be honest. But Jeff and Ed at Enns Bros weren’t those kinda guys. Professional, friendly and ridiculously prompt and helpful. Rockstars!

Location: good location, getting to the facility is ready, and the facility is well marked. Facility: clean overall, the displays are lacking a little as there isn't much of a showroom area and a little cramped for indoor display models. Obviously tractors cannot be on display, but the BRP displays weren't very many. Maybe it was just the time I was there. The service and parts desk are easy to locate, and there is a reception desk whom I'm sure would direct you if needed. Staff: overall friendly and seemed very competent and willing to assist. It can be difficult to get sales staff, but I'm sure they are often bombarded with window shoppers with lots of questions and not planning to purchase, so I understand that. Experience: I purchased some basic supplies and tractor parts. Experience overall was good. Short wait at the parts desk, but I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Parts weren't in stock when I ordered over the phone, but they did arrive quickly. No one called when they came in, I had to inquire, but it was in the middle of the holiday season, so maybe that was the reasoning. With other location like Portage, the oak bluff location no longer seems like a major location like it once did.
