Darcy agreed to do some restoration work on my classic car. From day one, he has always involved me in the process and when he would come across an issue, he would invite me down for a look and discuss how I wanted to deal with it. With a classic car, there are many issues when you start peeling back the layers, you find many unpleasant surprises. He never pushed me to spend any money or do any work that I did not feel comfortable doing. He always offered suggestions on what was the proper way to do it or what the consequences were of not doing it. To his credit, the car was a much bigger project than initially anticipated. I'm sure he got frustrated with it at times but was a pro and took it to the finish line. As a woman, I never felt that Darcy was ever condescending to me. He always remained professional, approachable and the lines of communication kept open. Together, we have brought this car back to it's former glory and I look forward to cruising the streets of Winnipeg in it. Very good work at reasonable rates.

Took two sleds in for repair. He checked over the first one one told me that based on age and condition I would be better save my money than repair.Nice to see someone looking after the customer rather than trying to line their pockets. The second sled I was kept in the loop about required repairs and expected costs. Darcy found work arounds to try and keep costs down. Machine was finished quite quickly given the SOW and had been detailed nicely when I arrived to pick it up. Looking forward to the first ride of the season.

The only place in this city that I take my bikes The thing I like best about Darcy is he does exactly what he says he will do and there Are no “surprises” I ask what I need done over the phone he gives me a price and a drop off time and I pick up the bike(s) when he says they will be ready ✌️ PnJ
