I want to make sure you understand the service was good I have zero problems with the way I was treated. The concern I have is this is the first company I found that made you come to the store to purchase parts. Since covid we have purchased all our parts over the phone or online and have had them either delivered or a courier pick them up. I think they really should rethink the no credit cards over the phone policy especially during these times.
