Purchased a Battery in Nov 2018.....today it died....lost store receipt.....contacted Credit Card company for my receipt of purchase....went to store ready and armed to make my position for replacement under warranty without store receipt. Sandra was the rep I dealt with she consulted with Steve and they quickly resolved the situation. NEW Battery replaced under warranty OUTSTANDING customer service...Sandra & Steve are the PERFECT employee's of this company. Paid $20 for a $14 oil filter (price of everywhere else and everywhere online). I got some consolation from the 0W20 synthetic oil was 1/2 price.
