I had a leaking drain plug gasket from a previous oil change when I was travelling in BC. Even though it wasn’t a result of their shop’s work - Shop Manager Dave and Lester repair the drain plug no hassle, no issues. Topped up the oil and sent me on my way. They have my continued business.

I was so happy to have Dave as my tech for my oil change, he explained what he was doing as well as a good friendly conversation. I never felt rushed or pushed to purchase products even when I declined an air filter. It was a hot day and I appreciate the complimentary drinks as I waited in my car. The team always kept a safe distance adhering to COVID19 regulations. A++

I took my car in today because it had started leaking suddenly and the oil dip stick was stuck. I am so thankful I chose to go there. I feel bad I didn’t ask for the gentleman’s name that worked on my car because now I can only say “the guy who worked on my car”. He was so professional and explained everything that he was checking on my car as he did so. Turns out the oil filter assembly (can’t recall official part name) had become loose and oil had been leaking out at a fast rate. While draining the remaining oil he cleaned up the oil filter assembly pieces really well and completed the job. He recommended I take my car to a automatic car wash so the undercarriage could be cleaned to avoid burning oil issues from all the leaked oil that had sprayed on the undercarriage. So courteous and thoughtful! The guy that did the check in and took payment etc was super courteous and pleasant too. This is the place I will return to and recommend to my family and friends.
