My first experience of renting a car from this branch is quite good. Hassle free pickup and drop off. Although my car was not cleaned from outside when I received it but that is because they don't have water supply in the building on that particular day and enterprise asked me to clean it from gas station and reimburse the cost through them which I felt perfectly fine approach to make your customer happy. I would definitely rent more cars from this place in future.

I booked a full sedan but when I reached there they said it was not available. They offered me an SUV upgrade which I refused. I booked in morning and confirmed 3 times if car is available. They said yes it is. I wamted to drive a sedan. They tried to force an SUV to me on the name of upgrade. I had a heated arguement and finally they offered me a BMW 3 series and I was happy again driving a sedan. They lack professionalism in terms of promises and delivering what they committed. Otherwise it is good. Wanted to give 2 or 3 stars but giving 4 as the bmw ride was awesome.

I have used their service twice and will be using in future too. It was good overall. I had recommended to my friends as well. The second time, I rented Chevy Spark in which the Steering was tight after I drove a few km. I sent an email in the night but there was no response. The next morning I called and they gave me another car which was good. I had to spend a very little time both at the pick up and Drop which I liked. Actual closing time seems to be 5pm where as the website & App says 4 pm. I have already mentioned this to the staff.
