Had an amazing experience at Grove RV! Found an amazing unit that was used and was hard to say no to! Our sales rep Marty was fantastic and super accomodating! We phoned him and asked him for as many details that we could think of to ask him about the condtion of the unit. He went out to look at the unit very thouroghly to find any issues with the unit which were very minimal! We were very thankful for Marty's honesty and for letting us come in on a Saturday that they were closed and we spent 2 hours in the unit looking through it. He was helpful when we had questions and left us to look through the unit and checked in about once every half hour to see if we had questions! He was completely understanding of our situation and was not pushing us to buy the trailer! We would definelty recommend Grove RV to anyone looking to buy a used RV as they take pride in fixing up the units to make them look as imaculate as possible. Thier new inventory looked very impressive too!

We bought a used fifth wheel from Grove last winter. The sales team was very accommodating with our requests and completing the sale at a fair price. The unit was in for warranty work twice and again they were very proficient in getting the work done. There were concerns with the inspection check list provided at the time of pick up of the unit. The propane system passed the inspection despite a leaky switch over valve which resulted in the tanks loosing thirty pounds of propane over the first weekend of use. This however was fixed promptly under warranty. The second issue was cracking in the tires. Again the tires passed inspection but two independent tire dealers expressed concerns over the cracks. This matter was elevated to management who never responded to the matter.

Last fall we purchased an RV privately. I contacted Grove RV because I wanted professionals to go through the unit better than I had as well as getting the bearings repacked so I knew I was starting off in good shape. They offer a top to bottom ''house ckeck'' that was exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. They caught some important items that needed remedy as well as tracked down a very difficult to find electrical short that I had missed. So, I had bearings done, roof resealed, LP leak, wiring flaw repaired, and a long list of system checks completed. I now feel great about taking this unit out and it's all thanks to the fine staff at this center. They were great at communicating through out the process. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone wishing service they can trust. Thanks Folks

Dealing with Amber in the service department. has restored my faith in a truly professional environment. Amber is very knowledgeable & genuine.
