We had a 2 hour appointment to pick up our trailer to learn about everything it offered. What we thought was just a walk through of our near trailer. But we learn about the parts department, the supply department, did the walk through of our trailer. We learned a lot and seen new things as well have leaned so much. Everyone was so helpful and friendly from signing our papers, to parts, supplies and walk through. I felt like we were family. Not just the amount of what I bought! We were not rushed at all, they answered all the questions we had and are there when we may need them. Thank you to everyone who helped us on our second trailer. Customer service means so much to me and to see the compassion they have for their jobs. Made for an awesome experience ♥️♥️♥️ Thank you again from the McCarty’s ♥️♥️♥️

Recently had our trailer in for service as we thought we were having some issues. Service department diagnosed and we're very honest with us. Could have easily charged us considerably more but did not.

We had a great experience purchasing here. It’s our first RV and from the sales to after sales it’s been awesome. We bought in July. There were a couple minor things afterward and when I reached out they were all taken care of. I didn’t even need to follow up, lots of great communication. I would highly recommend and would definitely buy here again.

Being the proud new owner of a 21 year old tent trailer with a magic toilet named after 80s musical technology, and hoping to eliminate in it without incident, I schlepped to ArrKann for the first time. Hailey was wonderful on the phone and assured me that ArrKann had the toilet wizardry I required, and though I didn't meet her in person, the universe, in It's infinite generosity had arranged for me to encounter Cassandra. While my 3.5 year old did the worm across the showroom, Cassandra spent over an hour treating me like we were family. She gently explained basic tent trailer care and use, shared tips, tricks, and critical information, and then went aisle by aisle sharing her favourite products with me. She was so patient when I interrupted her to parent my son, and had bouts of mom-aphasia, lapsing into episodes of explaining myself through sound-effects when the right words wouldn't come. She ensured that I left with what I had come for, and encouraged me to phone if I ever needed a lifeline. Then she carried all my stuff out to the car. Cassandra, you're a treasure. Thank you for your friendly service, for spending so much time with me, and for being so understanding with my little guy. ArrKann, bravo for employing people of Cassandra's caliber. I'll never go anywhere else.

I can’t say enough great things about the people that work here. The staff at ArrKann are amazing people. Extremely helpful, super friendly and very welcoming. Does not matter if you are just browsing or purchasing, customers are all treated equally. I highly recommend this place to anybody interested in or looking for an RV.
