Perry and another fellow ( I forgot his name ) helped us buy a beautiful motor home. They treated us extremely well. Anything that needed to be fixed was quickly remedied with no fuss. Also, they take the CoVID mask directive very seriously which we appreciated.

We recently purchased an RV from Woody’s RV World in Edmonton. The service we received from every single department we dealt with was amazing. Special thanks to Mike Mercer – he is a super great guy and very knowledgeable. Prior to the sale, he responded to our questions and requests for multiple pictures and videos in a timely and professional manner. Once we were able to come and finalize our purchase, our ‘walk-through/orientation’ exceeded expectations. He had clearly done lots of preparation and was extremely thorough. We were so happy with the entire process. THANKS, MIKE! In addition to the great service from Mike, the other staff we worked with were equally as great. In finance, we dealt with Karen Ritchie. She also answered all of our questions prior to the sale in a timely and professional manner. The process of finalizing the sale went smoothly and we enjoyed her friendliness and professionalism. We also dealt with Chris Nevis in parts. He was very helpful and was able to help with our special request regarding having our purchases in place when we arrived to pick up the RV. We really appreciate the extra effort. Thanks again to everyone at Woody's RV World - Edmonton.

Altho we didn't purchase anything at this time, our sales person Joe Safadi was amazing. He made us feel comfortable from start to finish. He showed us all different kinds of models of Rvs to make sure we found the right fit for us. I highly recommend him. If your looking for something he is your man. He went out of his way to help us.

The staff here at this location were friendly, knowledgeable and amazing to deal with. They remember our names (and our dogs 😉) each time we arrived. Everyone from Sales, Finance, Parts and Service were beyond exceptional and even went beyond to help. Thank you to all and especially our sales person Richard for making our purchase go So smooth and easy! Can not wait to start camping! :)
