We bought a trailer from outback in 2007 .. Great service all the way. Then we had an issue with our slide - had an accident with the slide - We took it into service and found out that the whole slide needed to be replaced .. Linda in Service worked with our insurance company and we got a fair pay out. She is amazing and I can't thank her enough, she actually cares and puts in the work for you. Even the owner, Victor talked to us about it and told us they would help us anyway they could. Not sure yet if buying another trailer as we are getting older, but if we do I know I will be getting it from Outback.

Only seems fitting that they get 5 star - it not everyday you buy something over the phone , and finally get to see it , finding it’s actually much more then was discussed 👍🏻- easy atmosphere , relaxed and very very nice staff . There is much to be said for small family style dealerships as opposed to the multi location dealerships that appear to be the norm these days .

COVID-19 caused us to buy our first trailer in 2020 after over 1000 nights of tenting (which we still do, as the trailer has expanded the fun in camping). Our Lance 1475 picked us. Very relaxed sales people at Outback. No pressure. None. Outback was very helpful from financing to some minor work on the trailer due to terrible northern Alberta highways and potholes. I would very much recommend them. They know me by first name, which is really nice and telling for a good business. They helped me to enter trailer camping for the first time, what to do, how to tow, how to hitch. Linda at service, is very friendly. The Lance 1475 is a beautiful little trailer, very nice and well thought out design. A hotel on wheels. We have had many compliments. Such a nice product in a small size, and so easy to maneuver in tight campsites that we like, perfect for us. We call our trailer Lancelot. We are very happy with our purchase. We just purchased our first trailer from Outback Country RV and the entire process was seamless. We were in a rush and needed the trailer for a special family event and they were able to get everything ready for us in time for our trip. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
