The 3 gentleman that I dealt with were truly professional and amazing! The tech showed me my oil drain plug, recommended it be replaced and I totally agreed with them. My experience using Guardian Road Jiffy Lube is the best service I have ever had for my vehicle. Better than the dealerships. When I need service the staff are warm and friendly. They never try to up sell me. I am given an honest assessment of what my vehicle needs and also what it doesn't need. As long as I receive this type of service this is where my vehicle is looked after. I reccomend this Jiffy Lube often with full confidence that the person will receive the same service as I do. I live close to this Jiffy Lube location, and my vehicle's battery died. I walked to the station, Andrew (a staff member) gave me a lift, and helped me boost my truck. It's really nice to see companies helping out the community! Andrew was super friendly and professional with my sudden request for help! Big thumbs up to him and this business!!

This team is really friendly and informative. They did an awesome job of educating me on my car without pressuring me into spending additional money and fixed something under my hood without charging me for it. Will definitely go back for my next oil change! 🙂
