Grate to get an oil change!!!

In my almost 20 years of driving, this was for sure the best oil change I’ve received! I’ve been coming here the last few oil changes, but this one was awesome. I had Attila (I apologize if I got that wrong) doing it, and he went above and beyond. I truly appreciate not feeling pressured or pushed into things. I did end up getting a power steering flush, as it was very obvious that I needed one (but again- didn’t feel pressured). He gave me a great price on that and the oil change together. He showed me the status of my battery after he tested it (which was the first time that has happened), and explained to me the readings. Super professional and friendly. Two big thumbs up! I’ll make sure I send people I know his way ;)

I showed up right at the very end of the day, and the staff were so kind to stay a few minutes late to do my oil change. They were professional, worked efficiently, and didn't try to upsell me on a billion things I didn't need (ex: ''Power Steering looks good but at your number of kms, you might want to get a second opinion at your next service''). I really appreciated the service. Thank you, Lube City Sherwood Park!

First time at this location. Went in for scheduled oil change today as another location had put sticker on my window and I was about 500 km overdue according to the km they gave me. Attendant showed me the dip stick and said oil still looked good. Also that I could probably go another 3k without an oil change. Was nice to be given honest info like this. He checked everything else and filled a low tire. I was gracious for the employees honesty and friendly manner. Will be returning when I actually need an oil change.

My first experience at Lube City in SP and it will not be the last. I had excellent service from the minute I drove up to the doors, with I think it was the manager running out to tell me the other lane was going to be exiting quicker than the one I was parked behind. I had previously tried another dealership and waiting 15 minutes for someone to come out to me (there was no one in their bays) to tell me to go in and make an appointment for the express lube. Info was gathered from me and options for picking an oil change package were given without pressure. Very clear and detailed explanations were given without being rushed. An inspection was done and a few minor things were reported in a manner that a non mechanical older woman could understand. I was very thankful that a small part that was needed they carried and had in stock so I did not have to go to a repair shop and pay shop rates to have it installed. All my old parts were shown to me and asked for my approval before installing them. Then when I needed a service engine light code read and cleared, two of the technicians worked on it and explained the reading and cleared the code, something of which the local big dealership could not do previously in FOUR visits. I could not believe the time they took to install parts, read and clear codes, all at no extra charge. I felt very good driving away and knowing my vehicle was well looked after and the young gentlemen working there gave me the best service I have ever had getting an oil change. I will be back and telling my friends about this location. Thank you so much guys.
