A reliable Avis location in Edmonton, I rent a 2 week rental 2 or 3 x a year. Always give me the car I book, or better. Great service and clean vehicles..... it's hard to reach them on the phone but they do return messages.

I'm only giving 3 stars cuz the vehicle (2019 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross) we got for a road trip to Vegas (almost 5000km) was amazing. This vehicle did amazing on gas (didn't even spend $500 round trip) and handled well. There was, however, confusion upon picking up and returning the vehicle. We were quoted one price and had a contract stating so but was charged more. Even after they thought the pricing was fixed we were still over charged. This also happened when we returned the vehicle after they said they resolved the pricing discrepancy. We're still waiting to hear back about being overcharged. Upon picking up the vehicle we paid debit and the fee that was on the credit card should have been reversed. It turned out that we were still charged on the credit card even after paying in full by debit. My mom called, as it is her credit card and everything was under her name, and they said that that fee on the credit card should be reversed in 3 to 5 business days. Since we paid in full by debit why was there even a charge at all put on the credit card??? All very inconvenient and could be very confusing to customers with so many charges on their credit cards and they could miss being overcharged.

I don’t know why this location has such a poor review but my experience has been positive. Rented a Dodge Charger. They did try to up sell a Dodge Durango but was not pushy when I said no.
