We were so grateful to be able to escape the city (and COVID) over the holidays and head out into the mountains with some beautiful sleds provided by Murphy’s Craft Rental! We had a blast, and everything we needed to be safe and have fun was provided by these guys. We will definitely rent from them again - we highly recommend them!

We rented one of their boats the other weekend. The boat was in good shape and ran very well on the lake. We had a lot of fun. The two staff I dealt with where great and had no issues picking up and dropping off the boat. I have two small complaints though. - there was no insurance offered. So if anything happened, we would be held responsible for it. Which isn’t that great for such an expensive boat - the cost of the rental was a little high compared to other boat rental companies. We rented this last minute so didn’t have a lot of options. They should have thrown in the tube rental for the price we paid, but it was extra. - the other complaint was they keep your deposit for 2 weeks after returning the boat. This has us worried as $2500 is a lot of money to have sitting on your credit card. Overall though, we where happy with the day we had. EDIT: I moved my star rating down to a 4 because of the length of time it took to get a credit on my credit card. For some reason they hold the deposit for two weeks before refunding it. They use Square for their payment system. This takes 2-7 days to process refunds, before sending it to your credit card. My credit card company takes another 2-7 days to process it. You could be waiting up to a month for a refund of your deposit. It is because of this policy that I will most likely not use this boat rental company again. If they change their deposit refund policy, I will use them again.

Brand new equipment. Easy pick up and drop off even on New Year’s Eve! Great time had with the family out at the lake! Will be booking again for some deeeep powder riding.

Had an excellent experience with renting a snowmobile! These Summit's are all brand new. Easy to book and pick up. Communicating was easy and there was no surprises. The late night drop off is a fantastic bonus. I will definately be back when I get a chance.

Didn’t get a chance to take the sleds out yet but very professional service and communication otherwise. Mark was always available for any questions I had and made many concessions to try to make our plan work but unfortunately COVID struck again. Will be using them in the future. -Josh P
