Knowledgeable staff. Friendly and pleasant. Answered questions without hesitation. Only negative was the snow around the units. I thought there could have been more effort put into snow clearing.

Our experience trading in our trailer for a bigger one was fantastic. Bill and Alain and all the service staff were awesome to deal with. We were able to do 95% of the deal over text and email and that was perfect considering I live 45 mins away from their lot. They also had their tech help me set up my dual batteries and adjust my hitch on pickup day! I've only had the new unit out 1 night but it is awesome and I look forward to the next trip and all the ones after! Thanks for all the help guys!

Everyone was so super helpful and great to deal with, after a bad experience at another dealership it was so nice coming here. Everyone was so great and super promote with there work and service. It was definitely worth the drive, I will without a doubt bring my trailer back for any future work or repairs. Highly recommend.

Arkann is great and I recommend anyone in the market for a new trailer to check them out. We had an easy process during the purchase of our trailer, and when we noticed that there was a minor issue at pickup, the team at this location went above and beyond, we were very impressed. They are great to deal with!!

The team at Arrkann RV in Carstairs were so lovely to work with. Due to Covid, most of the business was conducted via email and they were really quick to respond to all inquiries. On trailer pick up day, Wayne showed us how to do everything from hitch to bumper. He was a real gem and so patient. Our salesman, Travis, was very knowledgeable and he’s essentially the reason we purchased the RV we did. Alain in finance worked with us to get us the ideal payments at the best rate. Would absolutely be back when it’s time to upgrade.
