Fraserway RV Airdrie

I feel really sad to write a review that’s not stellar. My husband and I were entertaining the idea of a new trailer for the first time after months of searching and this was one of the first places we came to hoping we could find our perfect fit. Upon arrival, there was no reception, so we assumed we would blindly check out the inventory. The trailers we thought we could look into were locked. We had asked an employee what the process was and he straight up said if it’s locked it’s sold. That’s it. We were never able to have anyone help us other than the service fella who tried to get us a salesperson. We completely understand that it could be sometimes busy, however having reception call 3x and then waiting at the front for 20 minutes for a price on a trailer we liked really set the tone that we were not valued. We had found a trailer we liked and asked reception what the price, and specs were. Even she was unable to get a hold of a salesperson and so we had no choice to leave unfortunately without any help. The mast amount of inventory made this a regretful decision that we won’t be bringing our business here.

Recently had our trailer in for waranteed service at Fraserway and I was super impressed with the work done. The service team was very thorough, addressed all my issues, and went above and beyond to fix things as good as new. While the trailer was at the dealership, we were always updated and informed as to what work was being done and the timeline. Follow-up was excellent and the whole process was stress-free, start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Fraserway!

Great service - again. The team is very friendly and helpful. This time we rented the converted van, which, I have to admit, is not as satisfying as expected, especially when compared to the more traditional RV models offered by Fraserway (there is a lot of potential storage space not built out adequately). Also, a (paid) option for winter tires would be a great thing to offer! Thanks to Kayla and Ilse-Marie for your professionalism!
