We have just bought our trailer through ArrKann with Neil and it was one of the best experiences my wife and I have ever had when making a big purchase as a trailer. Everyone that works there is very friendly and makes you feel like family and don’t pressure and push you make the purchase. Michelle in finance was also great in taking care of my wife and I. She was great and is very professional. Anything we needed and whatever questions we had she was very quick in answering and is always on top of things. The ArrKann family is great and we are great to now be apart of it. Neil followed up with us just to ask how our first weekend with the trailer was and it just goes to show how much they care about there customers. If you ever need a trailer this is the place to buy it. They will make you feel welcome and not just like another customer but as a family member.

Our family recently bought a trailer from ArrKann and it was a positive experience beginning to end. Neil was our salesman and not only was he knowledgable, he was very friendly and easy to talk to. Michelle, was a pleasure to work and Rick (our demo guy) went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable knowing everything about our unit! We would highly recommend ArrKann to friends & family. ☆☆☆☆☆

We bought our first Tent Trailer with ArrKann in 2016. Our credit wasn't great but Michelle in the finance department worked with us so we were able to finance what we could afford. She wasn't about just taking our money. She sat with us and went over our credit reports, advised us on what we needed to do to fix our credit so that we would be able to get an RV that fit our growing family in a few years. Today we walked away with a brand new 30 foot RV that was less then the tent trailer in payments! We walked in and we were welcomed back like one of the family. Both Neil and Michelle were great to deal with and we will never go anywhere else. Thanks Team for everything you have done for us!
