Allan Dale RVs & Trailers - Calgary

Who is this guy Shawn? Where did you find him? He is amazing! Shawn made sure our new unit (we bought elsewhere) was up to snuff. He had the roof resealed, and two new leaks fixed as we'll as a few other minor things that should have been done when we bought it; no charge for the customer! Yes, we will be back for service many times to Allandale in Calgary. Is five star as high as you can go? I'm looking for 10 star. The only thing that makes him better is Christine...she makes things sail smoothly. What a great team they are! They are keepers. Do NOT let them go!

I bought my travel trailer from Racetrack RV which has since been bought by Allan Dale. The new owner made a great decision by retaining the service personnel. This is without a doubt, the best I've ever been treated in service situations. I live away in Kelowna. I normally wouldn't look this far away but the purchase process was wonderful and I went away believing I had a really good deal. Later when some warranty service issues arose, I became familiar with Shawn Bruce and Christine Bruce. They did their utmost to deal with my issues and to account for the fact that I lived away. I have had other trailers sit at other dealer's yards for as much as 6 weeks to fix a minor warranty issue (a tank sensor) and of course given the runaround with the inexplicable delays. Not so at Balzac Allan Dale. Once appointments were agreed on, everything was dealt with promptly in a very professional and courteous manner. I can't think of enough good things to say about this dealership. Buying is certainly part of the process but then so is service. Nearly all units will require service of some type during the life cycle. Service is exemplary without a doubt. I have mentioned Shawn and Christine but it goes without saying, all the support staff are included. I will certainly consider a new unit at Allan Dale in the future, not only for the salesmanship but also the outstanding service.

Had our trailer in on Friday to have it made ready for our summer camping season. Shawn and Chris provided excellent service ensuring our trailer was `ready to go`for the season. Shawn was there to greet us and welcome us back. Chris explained everything as he went along doing the service work - even going the extra mile to make sure there was not going to be any issues. And then Shawn was there at the finish to ensure we were satisfied and then explain about the upcoming changes for the shop. We have complete confidence with placing our trailer in the hands of Shawn and his team. Thanks for the great work!

We just recently bought our first camping trailer from Allan Dale RVs and we are nothing but satisfied with our experience here so far! The staff here are so friendly that I can see that we will more like family as times passes. I highly recommend that if you need a trailer or servicing, please give them a chance and you won’t regret it.
