We just bought a trailer today and Dean was very helpful! Great customer service, very knowledgeable and super friendly. Very attentive to what we were looking for and offered great suggestions. So happy to have dealt with him. Did not feel like we were dealing with just a salesman, but more like a friend. Our 7 year old daughter was with us and he even took the time to ask her what she liked, he listened and thanked her for being so patient multiple times. Thank you so much Dean for making our first purchase of a trailer so fun, easy and just an absolute pleasure!

Easily the very best and most professional RV dealership I have dealt with over the years. This family owned and operated business went out of their way to not only find me the right RV; they also made sure that I was well briefed on all its functions. Salesperson Scott Graham found exactly the right trailer for my needs and followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase. We just bought a new RV from Bucars. Greg our sales associate was very helpful and friendly. On the day we picked up our new trailer Craig and Greg spent time with us to explain all the features and functions of our new trailer. After we left the dealer Craig discovered he hadn't given us the keys to our RV so he drove all the way to SE Calgary to deliver the keys. Great customer service! I would highly recommend Bucars if you are in the market for an RV.

First off the Covid rules are very prevelant as soon as you go in, hand sanitizer , masks warn, and distancing by everyone. Once we went in we were greeted very graciously by the ladies at front desk, then Wyatt came over to see if he could help. He attentively listened to what we were looking for and said let me show you something.We went out to lot and walked into a Connect trailer, well I might say the rest is history, we purchased the trailer. Then Linda went through the financing with us. Excellent again with her very nice attitude and an absolute pleasure to deal with. 2 weeks later we had an appointment to pick up. Again Wyatt met us there on his day off, told us what was going to happen and wow was the service top notch. Craig walked us through the trailer from hitch to bumper, fantastic knowledge. Then Peter helped us pick up a few goodies for trailer in the store, again he gave us some great advice on a few things. Linda then walked us through the rest of our financing options. Overall the service we received from start to finish, was absolutely fantastic from everyone. I have been in customer service for over 40 years and this place definitely ranks in the top for it. Now we can't wait to get out camping and use it. Excellent job Bucars Balzac.

We bought our trailer at Bucars end of July (2020) and only recently used it. In reflection, Bucars is all about customer satisfaction. Scott Graham was our mentor in guiding us to select a unit to meet our camping requirements. He quickly developed a friendly, casual yet frank, non-assertive, totally unbiased relationship with us. This made our final selection logical and without any second guessing. But Bucars doesn't stop at sales. Their subsequent support network was and still is absolutely amazing and extremely helpful! The finance department was cordial, organized, flexible and prompt; the trailer walk-through was detailed and complete; the parts department was informative and helpful with product and parts info; and the service department continues to have our back. Being a rookie to RV camping, I sincerely appreciated their patience in answering my questions, providing 'show and tell' advice in their yard and their phone assistance, especially last week! In addition, they have a super customer focused, info website. I have absolutely no reservations to purchase my next RV from Bucars again - should that ever occur. Great team! Thanks all!
