Guarantee RV will get my business again, and I highly recommend these good people to anyone looking for a new or used unit, their parts and service department, as well for any needs as well!! They are a company of great integrity in my opinion, Charlie and the sales staff are remarkable and very easy to work with! The parts department is all about service to the customer, having their best interest in mind. The service department, made the experience relaxing, especially with a couple minor warranty issues. Even through these are extremely busy times, they were very efficient and the workmanship was done to perfection!

My experience at Guarantee RV was phenomenal! I went from never having been inside an RV in my life, to narrowing down exactly what I needed then having it in my driveway in 14 days thanks to the top-notch staff. Every person who was part of the process was fantastic. And those fantastic people were matched with a terrific inventory. We recently purchased a new Montana 5th wheel from Guarantee RV. Customer Service from Sales - Brian Debrun and Tracy Mitchell was excellent. Brian was honest ... not pushy. Tracy consistently went out of her way to assist in finalizing the purchase and delivery of the unit. She did that even through an area-wide power outage. Dan was patient, informative and helpful during the entire pre-delivery orientation process. He welcomed our post-delivery question without hesitation. Thanks Dan. Brooke Morgan and his team in Parts were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout both the before and after-delivery process. They even accommodated our parts and accessories questions us during a power outage. Our overall experience through the selection, purchase and delivery processes was excellent. Our experience with Guarantee RV was pleasurable everyone was upfront and pleasant. There was a no rush attitude when came to showing RV s to us . The sales staff were very knowledgeable and patient with all questions which shows the confidence in product. We feel that we were treated with respect. We traded in and made a purchase on a C Class and we left the dealership happy with the numbers. We given a thorough orientation on our unit by Dan who is a wealth of knowledge and advise. At pick up the unit was spotless and ready to go just as they promised. Now we are just itching for spring as we purchased in winter.... I would without hesitation recommend Guarantee RV to family and friends.
