Honda West

I bought a used car for my wife from Honda West and had a great experience. Matthew was very helpful and patiently answered every question we had. The car had a small issue which they fixed before finalizing the sale. Matthew also offered us extended warranty which we were happy to accept. Just recently, Honda west replaced a light bulb and wiper blades on the car which were covered under our warranty. They also checked the battery, alternator, starter and serpentine belt upon my request. So far, all of my experience with Honda West has been very good.

I would like to thank Darrin Hurst! i picked up my third CR-V. His professionalism has always made my xperience with Honda West a pleasurable one. Darrin always takes the time to explain the new features of the vehicle and to answer all of my questions. Cole Clarke was also a big part to today's experience enjoyable. He not only set up the finances quickly, he worked with my insurance company to have the insurance paperwork was complete when I came to pick up the car. I highly recommend Honda West for your next car experience.

I wasn't a Customer to buy a new vehicle, had my vehicle up on Autotrader, and Rhett called me on it. They were interested in buying it, Rob was the person I dealt with when I arrived and was very professional. They made a fair offer on the price right away, none of that back and forth was needed. I am the kind of person who dreads buying a car from a dealership. The old “Let me talk to my manager” game when negotiating a price has caused me to up and leave in previous years. I have zero patience for those kinds of tactics. But, I needed a car. I found one I liked and asked my boyfriend to arrange a test drive and to come with me so that he could do the talking. Because I do not like salespeople very much. Matthew at Honda West was not the kind of salesperson I have previously been accustomed to. He was straight up direct. No bulls**t. I loved the car and he explained how the process worked. Showed comparisons. Discussed everything in a matter of fact way. The process was dead simple. When I went to the bank to get a bank draft, the teller said how impressed he was because he also bought a car at Honda West. “Wasn’t that the best experience ever of buying a car?!” Yes, Mr. Bank Teller, it was. He also liked the no- negotiating back and forth that us folk in a certain age range have previously been subjected to. I’m happy with my car, I’m happy with the price, I’m happy with everyone I dealt with, and I would recommend Matthew in a heartbeat.
