I haven't come across many sales reps who are as attentive and passionate as Archie. Car shopping in general can be a bit stressful, let alone doing it during a pandemic. Archie always went above and beyond to make us feel safe and taken care of. He brought a car to our house to save us a trip to the dealership, made sure it was fully disinfected and he was super knowledgeable about the cars features and listened to our needs and wants in a new vehicle. From the first pick up of the phone from reception, to the non-aggressive reminder message to bringing my car in for a factory recall service the staff and everyone I came across was EXCEPTIONAL AND KIND. It was refreshing to be treated well without being bombarded with high pressure sales or unrelenting efforts to sell more services. They politely informed me of a few concerns of my car, doing so more as recommendation then sales push which in today’s day is so refreshing. When I need more work done or ready for a new vehicle they will have my loyalty and business for sure.

We’ve purchased our Honda black line from Calgary Honda. The entire team was beyond amazing from start to finish and everyone involved. Nels has went over and beyond to ensure we were comfortable every step of the way. Katie is a dream to deal with numbers, paperwork, my final delivery and the pricing was perfect. The windshield had a small chip in it that I didn’t notice till later and they promised me a new windshield now or at a later date no cost to me since they’re willing to fix now but Murphy’s law it’ll get another since Calgary is famous for rocks. So that was kind of them to offer and have the integrity to point it out when we didn’t notice. Bottom line. Thank you again Honda Calgary. We had a really hard time deciding what car would be the best fit for our family. The great sales at Honda was amazing, they remember what our preferences are and our situations even after a month. The whole purchase process was stress free and super efficient. We were able to get the car and go on with our life within 3 days!!!

I always bring my vehicle for service at Calgary Honda. The service and people there are top notch. The Service Advisor, Denise Lee is always very friendly and knowledgeable. She advises accordingly on my best interest for my vehicle maintenance. I never feel pressured when I go in for service. Her professionalism along with reliable advice has gain my trust.
