What can I say, these guys and gals are amazing. I went in, just to look, for a potential new bike. I’m short and trying to find a bike has been difficult and I`ve also had very bad experience at another dealership (not Indian). From the moment I walked in I was treated like an old friend by Tracy (you rock), I was feeling already down and never thought I would get onto a bike with power (I previously had a Can Am Spyder), but she guided me toward the Indian Scout, lots of power, 6 gears and the moment she had me sit on it I knew it was mine but I have a height challenge but that did not phase Tracy she said we can get a reduce reach seat and foot controls, she had me at ``hello``. I then thought about and went back and she got me connected with salesman Dave. I had an amazing sales experience and everything from the viewing and delivery of the vehicle was seamless, Dave was so down to earth and friendly. No smarmy vibes, no pushy tactics, no weird catches on the bill. Also dealing with the finance person Bonnie, you are awesome. Thank you everyone at cycle works/Indian I now own a beautiful new 2020 Indian Scout.

I have been purchasing bikes for 17 years and I just bought my first Indian Motorcycle and could not be happier. The Calgary location was amazing. From the moment I walked in, and the 10 visits in between, I was treated with the utmost kindness, respect, and willingness to help as much as possible to get me on the right bike. Sean is an amazing salesperson who really went out of his way time and time again to ensure I had everything I needed. Tracy was amazing support finding all the accessories I needed and even suited me up head to toe. Amazing sense of style and very kind. Bonnie was very thorough in making sure my financing was all in place and it is quite clear all three enjoy here jobs and are genuinely good people. I really wish this location was in Edmonton...but then I might be broke. Thank you all for showing me the true colours of the Indian Motorcycle brand and treating me so well. I will stop by every chance I get. Thank you!

Every member of the team has been excellent. I’ve never felt rushed or pressured in any of my interactions. In fact the opposite, I’m just as likely to have a discussion about new technologies as I am to talk about the next accessory on my Dark Horse. I love my Indian bike, but the service is what makes me keep coming back.
