I had a fantastic purchasing experience with Miles in the ducati section. Professional and I felt like I was buying into a family rather than just a simple purchase, he went above and beyond even thinking of additional gear, and useful extras that are useful but never in a sales or upscale way just really trying to help me get the best out of everything. I will definitely being going back! Also I had interaction with other members there and all were very helpful and efficient.

Good store with pretty knowledgeable staff and a nice selection of machines and accessories. However, they seem to be very lazy about wearing the mandatory face masks. At least one or two guys behind the parts counter at any time have no face masks, and the girls at the cash register almost never wear them (and no they're not behind the Plexiglas barriers which are on the sides of the booth, not facing the customers). Management needs to step up their game when it comes to this to help keep the staff and the customers safe.

I purchased a Triumph Bonneville T120 from Blackfoot Motosports this week. The overall experience was excellent. The Sales Advisor, Lindsay, was first class. His knowledge and enthusiasm for Triumph bikes was very evident and he couldn't do enough to help. This is the second bike I have bought from Blackfoot and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. Great job!!!
