The CCC team are absolute beauties! It is a joy working with them and how they made my dream custom bike come true. I cheer when I look at it and just love love love to ride it. They did such an amazing job and guided me with the progress every step of the way - with photo updates texted to me! Calgary Cycle City truly cares to make their customers happy and it shows!

What a great shop to be found by anyone looking to buy a motorcycle. I traveled from another province as I found their pricing and the condition of their motorcycles was great. I bought my first street fighter type bike from them and I am extremely happy for that bike to join my others in my garage. The staff was awesome to meet and helpful in everything from going over the bike to helping me load it. This is the first time I have ever financed a bike as I usually pay for them in cash. They made the experience quick and painless. I have already shared my awesome experience with friends and family and have suggested this shop to several people looking for new bikes. They also do custom work and fabrication on bikes as I spied some beauties in the back while loading the bike. I hope to deal with them again in the future.

Awesome people. I went in asking if they knew of a nearby place where I could get a keyfob battery (mine had died). Instead of making fun of me for not remembering that I could pop the key cover off the door handle, Mags (I think) disappeared into the back and came back with a battery that fit. And he wouldn't charge me for the battery. If I were to buy a bike, I know where I'd go.

As a woman, walking into a male dominated shop I didn't know what to expect. Glad I did though. They really walked me through everything for my first bike and spent time answering all of my questions, and I had A LOT. So happy! Thank you guys!!! I won't have too much time to ride this year but I am so excited to plan my first trip for next summer.

Found this place through google as I was looking for a custom shop to check out what kind of bikes they were building and see what kind of shop it was. I am the type of person that judges a shop by how the people are with me and how helpful they are and, obviously what kind of product they can put out. From day 1 all of these guys have been nothing but friendly, outgoing, easy to deal with and laid back. It went from me asking questions about a project bike I was building to me buying a Harley from them. I traded in another bike and got (in my opinion) a fare trade value for it. When there was issues with the registration, Brent the owner drove me to the registries to get everything sorted out. Class act. When the bars I ordered from Harley were taking too long (covid) Mags called me up and I went to the shop. He brought me in the back, showed me potential bars I could get, showed me his bike etc. I was also able to see quality projects the group was working on. It’s this kind of customer service that makes me a customer for life. The whole shop takes pride and create a friendly laid back environment. Wether you are looking for a second hand bike, a one off custom, work done on your personal bike, these guys can do it all. Thanks to Brent, Nick and Mags for making it a fun experience. Rob
