I have been a customer of the Hitch Shop for many years. The quality of their products and professional staff are amazing. The service I received yesterday from Darren was fantastic. He made sure everything on my hitch and bike rack were in perfect condition and even replaced a strap that was worn. They truly are the best at what they do!

Think of the news stories this Spring of all the people buying travel trailers and what that likely meant for businesses like The Hitch Shop. You guessed it, it was running flat out to keep up with all the customers. With that as the backdrop, I went into the business to get a hitch for my SUV on a day when the phone was ringing off the hook and customers were practically lined up out the door. Yet in spite of that chaos, Linda & Bob did their utmost to take great care of me - like I was the most important customer in the world. They informed of my options, helped make sure I was getting the right product, knew the particulars of the install I would be doing, got me the items I needed and sold it to me for a really reasonable price while making sure I didn't buy anything more than what I needed for the application. In spite of all the craziness that day they took excellent care of me and I was both immensely grateful and seriously impressed with the service. I would definitely use them again and wholly recommend them to others. Good business.

We bought a Yakima Hangover 6 from the Hitch Shop and couldn't be happier with the purchase. The customer service was top notch. Darren was friendly and very helpful. These guys are experts and gave us some options on what type of bike rack would make the most sense for our family. A couple weeks after the purchase, we had someone steal one of our bikes by cutting our bike lock and the straps on the bike rack. We called the Hitch Shop and straight away Darren helped us get the bike rack looking like it was brand new again. I would definitely recommend the Hitch Shop.

Great shop with friendly staff and the service was exceptional. The installation the first time was timely and when the bike hitch I had installed had a bit of a rattle, they fixed the problem in minutes without any hassle. Would certainly recommend them!
