It's economy rental, very quick pickup and drop off shuttle. Friendly staff and smooth inspection before and after. Worth the price... the only reason give them 4 star is, the car inside and outside was not cleaned.

This is by far one of the best, if not the best car rental in my opinion. You get quality cars (latest models) at affordable price. I usually go for the surprise package, hoping to get a decent sedan but they end up giving me high end cars. I've tried it twice and I got a Dodge Durango and a Jeep Wrangler. And not forgetting, the service is top notch professional.

Routes' pricing was very good. The shuttle service from and to the Airport was great. The staff in the rental office was friendly and courteous. I rented a 4x4 Turquoise color jeep. Had a fabulous time in Banff. Routes made our experience seamless.

I said I would give a review if I had a good experience. I did, so this is my review. Everything went well. I got a free upgrade to a Jeep Wrangler. Not sure if this was because of covid, but it was nice. Everything went smoothly. I used insurance with a different website and they didn't give me any issues. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend.
