A friendly environment. Does a thorough and detailed inspection of your vehicle followed by necessary repairs. Takes good care of your car. Service Consultants are excellent (Chase goes an extra mile to provide customer satisfaction). Another feature I like is shuttle service, customer pickup & drop off, very convenient for those working in downtown. I have been going to this dealership for few years now, and I am very satisfied with their service.

Great vehicle buying experience with Connie and Andrew. Very knowledgeable about the Yukon XL Denali features, trade-in negotiation was straight forward and very personable approach from Connie and Andrew in sales & Bonnie and Dee in financing. Our only hiccup was a missing key at the time we took delivery, but it was delivered to our home about 14 hours later. Very happy with the service and look forward to great service when we bring it in for maintenance.

I’m generally not the type to post reviews, however feel I owe it to the staff at GSL. Joe (Champion) was an absolute delight to deal with. Besides being very personable, he followed through with everything he said and even checked after my purchase to make sure I was just as happy as when I left the lot. Throughout the whole process I never felt pressured, or on the receiving end of any aggressive sales tactics. Dee in finance was also great and worked her magic to get me into my dream truck! A huge thank you to the both and to the entire staff, I had a truly great experience!

Every time I bring my car into GSL GM City I am always greeted with friendly helpful staff, it's a beautiful, clean atmosphere with a comfortable waiting area. If you need a ride home the wait is minimal, and punctual pick up. The showroom is fantastic and inventory yard is huge. I bought my car there and will do my trade in/up grade there down the way. Long time staff are very helpful, even with masks on you can see the smile in their eyes. I have told many to go there, great place and easy access. Thanks again, Debbie :)
