Purchased a trailer from Laura, she is very kind and informative and worked hard for us to get the trailer of our dreams at a great price...also Annette the service rep was great as well and so accommodating. What can I say?? This was by far the best buying experience of anything I have purchased new or used. Everything was explained and noted in our Inspection for delivery. Any questions we had were answered promptly and to the point. Our Sales rep., Laura was extremely nice, polite and her answered were to the point. Hank did an excellent walk through and answered all of our questions.Kyle was excellent explaining the warranty . I would find it very difficult to go anywhere else to buy a trailer. 5 stars are not enough.

Tilbury Auto Sales is a great atmosphere. From the moment you walk into the doors there is someone smiling and happy to greet you. They have a large inventory from cars, rvs, atvs, boats, bikes... everything you could think of, they have it! The prices are very reasonable too. The sales consultants are great and get you all the information you need. Not once did I feel pressured into making a purchase, instead they helped me make an informed decision by showing me all of my options.. They are honest, friendly, and very informative. I'd highly recommend Laura, she went out of her way to help me. The service department at Tilbury Auto Sales is very honest, fast, and friendly. They do their best to meet their customers needs. I would 10/10 recommend Tilbury Auto Sales to everyone. :)

I was looking for a one of a kind vehicle and they had it. When I arrived for my appointment the SUV was out front awaiting my inspection. Laura, the sales rep was courteous and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pressured at all, and although it didn’t work out for me (I didn’t fit the SUV) The experience was one of the best I’ve ever had at a dealership. I’m sure we will stay in touch.
