Just so happen to have stopped by when Peter was taking off the plates for a car that was traded in, which just so happen to be what I was looking for. When it comes to Customer Service and Satisfaction, BMW Kingston is second to none. Exceptional service from PETER HOLDEN and DEVIN, not just once or twice but every single time when I had to visit Service Centre. Also, their standards of maintaining social distancing and cleanliness not just in the dealership but even in the vehicle (complimentary WASH and sanitizing) is just above and beyond.

Had to get a recall done for my airbag. I had an early morning appointment. I was about 40 mins late for it, and was told that they might not get to it until after lunch. That didn't stop them from completing the job in an hour. I am very pleased with the speed that they completed the recall for me

Fantastic experience working with Kingston BMW to get our new X3! We shopped around a few dealers locally, but honestly working with Peter Gearin at Kingston BMW made me confident I'd get the vehicle I wanted for the right price and service. Never pushy, accommodating of our schedule and honest in his discussions, I felt well supported even though we're 2 hours away! Great service. Service manager Peter Holden looked after me. Very courteous and promt service. Did a great job looking after my i8. I don't drive it in poor weather conditions so they kept it inside for me until a nice day for pick up. Service was performed in the time they had told me and car was given back to me cleaned and detailed. Great job everyone!
